libgraph-easy-as-svg-perl software package provides Perl module to output a Graph::Easy as Scalable Vector Graphics, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgraph-easy-as-svg-perl
libgraph-easy-as-svg-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgraph-easy-as-svg-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgraph-easy-as-svg-perl *
